Special! 1st week of rent is free! Great location! One block from Pearl Street and three blocks from the Pearl Street Mall. Three bedrooms and two full baths. In addition, we are installing new wood flooring. There is also off-street parking in the back. There is also a back porch that is fenced in off of the back bedroom. There is a washer and dryer downstairs with additional room for storage. Very quiet location with very quiet neighbors. Also, the unit can be furnished with an additional monthly fee. The HOA does not allow dogs.

Tenants pay gas and electric through XCEL. Owner pays water and trash.
