Lease term will be a year. Monthly payments will be due within the first week of the new month. The following will come out of your pocket if rules should be violated. Please no pets as they tend to destroy the house. Also please don't smoke inside the house. Don't have a problem with you smoking outdoors. I just don't want the walls to stain. I have a timer set to water the foundation and you just have to let it do its thing. I will come collect it once the weather cools. I'm trying to prevent the house from shifting too much.
