Please no pets as they tend to destroy the house. Also please don't smoke inside the house. Don't have a problem with you smoking outdoors. I just don't want the walls to stain. I have a timer set to water the foundation and you just have to let it do its thing. I will come collect it once the weather cools. I'm trying to prevent the house from shifting too much.
