Entry level to the kitchen complete with a stove and microwave. No dishwasher.
Full closet on this floor as well.
Upstairs is the studio 1 bed room (fits a king bed and a small sitting area all in one room.
Has a sliding glass door to a small balcony. View is awesome.
Walk in tiled shower.
All ceilings upstairs are sloped.
We once used this as a very successful 5 star vacation rental.
WiFi, all utilities, dish cable included.
NO PETS.
Minutes to Martha Jefferson Hospital, Monticello and wineries.
This barn studio sits on a 5 acre parcel that our house sits on as well.

No smoking allowed.
All utilities included but if electric is above a normal usage additional amount may be charged at owners discretion.

    "Nothing unless you want to count the crime!!! The Spark is a terrible place to live! Gone through countless managers with everyone promising to make a change and the only thing that changes is the staff. Nothing gets fixed and the current office manager is rude. There is a serious rodent issue that everybody ignores and continually sends the insect companies to spray just so they can say they are doing something. Can’t wait to leave!!!"
