The home is positioned at the top of a 40 acre olive ranch. The property includes thousands of olive trees, with some groves that are nearly 200 years old. A network of hiking trails inside the property takes one through the beautiful landscapes, covering varied terrain over many miles of pathways.

Off the sides of the house are various decks and unique areas to enjoy. With views in all directions, there are spaces perfect for sunrise, sunset moonrise, stargazing, and sunbathing. There is also a private spa area, including a Sunlighten IR sauna, an extra large hot tub (7'x10'), an outdoor shower, and a sand covered patio beach, with large, cushioned chaise lounges. All of the spa features are overlooking the entire Ojai Valley, offering a truly special experience. It is a wonderful place for health and healing.
