The Clairingle Apartments were built in 1910 and the building has retained much of it's original old world charm. This 14 unit building is located on the quieter East side of Capitol Hill neighborhood 2 blocks away from Kaiser Permanente campus. Catch the bus number 12 to downtown that runs every 15 minutes via Madison Ave. If you need to go North to UW campus, walk over to 24th Ave E and catch the 48. If your commute takes you over the 520 bridge, simply roll down E Madison Street to the arboretum and jump on at Montlake. Enjoy the many restaurants and shops nearby on 19th as well as 15th Ave. The Capitol Hill Trader Joe's is a few block away as is a Safeway.

This newer beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bathroom basement apartment has vinyl plank flooring throughout, granite counters in the kitchen and bathroom, stainless steel appliances including gas range and dishwasher, and plenty of storage. The apartment is being offered on a 12-month lease with a 4 week rent concession.

At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs. Cats are welcome.
