Description

Major remodel in 2010: all new double paned, tinted, vinyl windows; all new hurricane resistant vinyl sliding glass doors (4); hardwood floors installed throughout (except for baths and laundry room); all new toilets and sinks; granite countertops throughout; new tropical ceiling fans throughout; water filtration system installed; new security system installed; interior completed repainted; pool lanai repainted and wet bar added; driveway expanded and broken concrete replaced with brick pavers.

In 2011 an outdoor paver walkway and patio added with pondless waterfall and pergola. Pergola swing added to opposite side of backyard.

In 2012 entirely new HVAC system installed to include all new ducting; backyard (more than 1/2 acre) completely fenced with wide gates on each side of house.

In 2013 solar powered hot water heating system installed.

Brand new asphalt shingle roof installed in August 2017.
