We are conveniently located a short distance from the Valley River Mall and close proximity to anywhere in Eugene! This unit is a one-bedroom, one bath flat, on the Oakway Golf Course. (Ground Floor) with 700 square feet of space. It has been upgraded with newer appliances, flooring and cabinets including in-unit washer/dryer. The bedroom has a large walk-thru closet into the bathroom. The living room has a pass-thru bar between the kitchen and open concept dining/living room area.

We also are an apartment community with great amenities such as two swimming pools, four on-site laundry facilities, a gym and a "Club House".
