About this House

We have a very nice second floor two bedroom apartment available in Wallace Woods.

This apartment enters into a center foyer from the public stair hall of the Brogle apartment building on Wallace Ave. The Foyer has two closets, access to the bathroom, and to the side stairwell. Towards the front of the apartment you will find both a large living room and bedroom both with original mantles and inlaid hardwood floors. The bedroom can be used as a dining room or living room and is private from the apartment when its pocket doors are closed. To the rear of the apartment from the foyer you will find a private bedroom with Mantle and hardwood, as well as a modern kitchen from IKEA complete with dishwasher and modern fixtures. There is a large pantry in the kitchen and a back door to a small porch. The bathroom is very large and has modern fixtures and cabinetry. There is room in the bathroom for a full size wardrobe if desired. The apartment has access to the shared front porch, which is very large and shaded by two large trees in the front yard.

The landlord pays water and sanitation and hot water fuel. The tenant pays gas and electric including the central ac and heating. There is a coin operated laundry room in the basement, as well as limited storage. Parking is on street with two rear off street spaces. Pool access is one block away at our office. Cats are welcome with an additional deposit. Dogs are not permitted except by specific written permission and additional deposit.

I work 30 mins up north in Springdale which is a 25 mile drive. In 30 mins I could probably make it down to Williamstown, KY. South of MLK Street can be a bit unsafe just fyi."
