The landlord pays water and sanitation and hot water fuel. The tenant pays gas and electric including the central ac and heating. There is a coin operated laundry room in the basement, as well as limited storage. Parking is on street with two rear off street spaces. Pool access is one block away at our office. Cats are welcome with an additional deposit. Dogs are not permitted except by specific written permission and additional deposit.
