About this House

Cute 2/1 at a great price! This affordable rental offers a comfortable place to call home in a convenient location with easy access to surrounding areas.

Application Requirements

A non-refundable application fee of $60 per adult applicant (18 years of age or older) is required.

Applicants are screened based on the following criteria:

 Minimum credit score of 500
 No evictions within the past three years
 Criminal background screening
 Minimum of six months with current employer
 Gross monthly household income of at least three times the monthly rent
 Proof of income required
 Valid government-issued photo ID required for all adult applicants

Please note: We are not currently accepting housing vouchers or Section 8 assistance.

We do not offer guided tours. Prospective tenants are welcome to drive by the property at their convenience to view the exterior.

Interior access is available after an application has been submitted and approved. Approved applicants will be provided access for a self-guided interior viewing.

Pet Policy

Pets are permitted with a maximum of two pets per property.

 Small animals: $150 non-refundable pet fee per pet
 Large animals: $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet
 Aggressive breeds are not permitted
 Pets may not be chained or tethered on the property

Renter's Insurance due at lease signing.

Non-refundable pet fee required, per pet: $150 (small), $250 (large), 2 max, no aggressive breeds.

$60 application fee, per adult living in household.

Qualifications include but are not limited to:
Credit score at least 500,
6-9 months at present job,
No evictions in the past 3 years.

No housing vouchers accepted at this time.
