They gave me very little notice and expected me to be there within 2 hours of the call. I went and it was flat and I knew immediately it wouldn’t work. I did not get the job so I followed up for tips and feedback. I never received either. I felt engaged, as a parent. It was not the worst way to spend one year, but kids deserve better. The bathrooms reeked of teen sweat and despair. Additionally, the guidance counselors left much to be desired, as they gave poor advice, which cost both of my children a semester.
