 Induction cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, blender, juicer, new Cuisinart coffee maker, and more. Note: No dishwasher, but a large deep sink is provided.

 Drop-leaf dining table, butcher block table, and a quartzite wet bar counter all near the wood burning fireplace for a relaxed atmosphere.

 30' deck with sunny southern exposure, relaxing views, and plenty of seating. A perfect spot to enjoy the natural surroundings, including deer, a jack rabbit or two, and wild turkeys.

 Conveniently located just outside the front door, ideal for storing bikes or other items. Bring your own padlocks.
- **Parking
 Ample and easy street parking on a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic. Please: no large trucks, vans, buses, or RVs. There is no on-site car charger.

 High-speed wireless internet on a secured network, with two extenders in the rental for optimal connectivity. Note: T-Mobile reception outside can be spotty, though wifi strong inside the house.

 One non-yappy, well-trained dog is welcome. No cats or pets that require ongoing electricity/heating unless discussed with the landlord first. This may impact water/utilities costs.

 Located in a high-fire area; no open flames on the wooden deck are allowed.

* FULL DISCLOSURE: If you have T-Mobile as your provider, mobile devices work fine within the house, but not on the street. T-Mobile stopped their lease on a tower in this valley. They won't consider leasing it again.

*A Well-behaved friendly, non-yappy, dog is welcomed. Lots of cool dogs on my street. No cats, sorry. No animals that require 24/7 heat lamps or electricity unless first discussed with landlord.
