We have a very nice third floor one bedroom apartment available soon.

This apartment is located in the attic of the building and has dormer ceilings and windows. You enter into the hallway which connects the living room at the front of the apartment with the bedroom in the middle and the kitchen and bath at the rear. There are hardwood floors throughout the living areas, and tile in the bathroom.

We are asking $ 495 /month with a $495 deposit. The apartment is available soon. Please give us a call at 859-757-9700 to set up an appointment.

 The tenant pays the electric including heat and window AC units if used. The landlord pays the hot water, water and sanitation. Coin operated Laundry is located in the basement. Cats are welcome with an additional deposit. Dogs are not permitted except by specific written permission and additional deposit.

I work 30 mins up north in Springdale which is a 25 mile drive. In 30 mins I could probably make it down to Williamstown, KY. South of MLK Street can be a bit unsafe just fyi."
