    "This is both a residential community, primarily condominiums, and a vacation destination area. Lots of what I’d call Mom & Pop motel ops, & larger. No major hotels. Heavily traveled Gulf Blvd splits the community, thus awareness of traffic dangers is advised - use designated crossing points. Bus service is very convenient to Clearwater Beach to the north and St. Pete Beach to the south, with connecting routes. There’s a prominent ‘air of energy’ & activity. There are several small subdivision types areas, but quite expensive with older folks - few children. "

    "Dog walking is more or less limited to sidewalks along a very, very busy street. There are a few nice residential areas, but sidewalk travel to them is required. The upside, most folks are very friendly to the dogs, and will asked to pet. "

Local restaurants are great fun, the people are nice, laid back, the beach and sunsets are beyond gorgeous. Too bad the Pier has fallen into disrepair. Hopefully the State will step in and fix it. Love it...stay away..hahaha."
