It is a spacious 1,200 square foot, all hardwood floor living space, with direct access to a private patio, a lush backyard, and a palatial upstairs deck. This space has a separate, private entrance through the backyard.

The space has two sections: an open main room, and a cozy private bedroom. The main room comprises of a kitchen with a high-rise bar, a living room, a lounge area, one walk-in closet, one storage closet, and a full bathroom with a luxurious whirlpool bathtub and shower. The private patio and backyard is accessible from the main room. The private room is comfy with a partial walk-in closet.

It’s a real slum. But just a few blocks away, houses are newer and much nicer. That area would be much more desirable."
