Looking for a housemate (female) near Bothell downtown area in large 5 bedroom house . The room is 12x12 with full wall closet and shared bathroom, huge living and dining area with full kitchen. It's a central location for Bellevue, Kirkland, Seattle, Redmond, Woodenville, Lynwood, Mill creek, Everett mountlake terrace, lake city.

You:
Female, professional/college student, mature fun person with hopefully no drama, who is keen on cleanliness and considerate of others. Hopefully into social interaction and active with healthy lifestyle.

Sorry no smokers, no pets preferably and only single occupancy.

Current Occupant:
I am the owner, 30s guy working as software developer, clean conscious and respectful of others, mostly busy with work, gym and stuff. My sister is also living with us, she is a student at UW.

We are pretty laid back, respect each other's space but still had been doing stuff together : hanging out, cooking, playing tennis, hiking, outing to lake/river etc, snowboarding in winters, having drinks together every now and then. So looking for someone with that kind of vibe.

My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
