Looking for a female housemate near Bothell downtown area in large 5 bedroom house . The room is 12x12 with full wall closet and shared bathroom, huge living and dining area with full kitchen. It's a central location for Bellevue, Kirkland, Seattle, Redmond, Woodenville, Lynwood, Mill creek, Everett mountlake terrace, lake city.

You:
Female, professional/college student, mature chill person with no drama, who is keen on cleanliness and considerate of others. Best would be someone with who is looking for social interactions and active with healthy lifestyle.

Sorry no smokers, no pets preferably and only single occupancy.

Current Occupant:
We are 3 people currently and looking to add one more.
1. Male late 30's, professional, into daily gym, sports and healthy active lifestyle.
2. Female early 30's recent grad from UW, professionally working who loves to cook and travel.
3. Late 20's, also recent UW grad working remotely, who loves pilates and baking.

We are pretty laid back, respect each other's space but still had been doing stuff together : hanging out, cooking, playing tennis, hiking, outing to lake/river etc, snowboarding in winters, having drinks together every now and then. So looking for someone with that kind of vibe. You will be sharing bathroom with the girl in her 20's. The house has a big backyard and you can have possible driveway parking or street in front of the house, its a private house community street so no issue with parking.

My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
