4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI was nervous about the transition to miiddle school. It's been great. The teachers really care about the kids, are experienced and spend a lot of time and effort assigning cool projects etc. The students and families are pretty awesome. Middles school will always be middle school but my family has gone in eyes wide open and been impressed. And I have to say, if anyone is worried about the rigor of teaching being up to par, my middleschooler and many kids friends who went to Dewitt for elementary school (whoohoo!) scored almost off the charts awesome on state tests last year. Like, we are talking top scores in Ohio. I am writing here to give the teachers credit for their hours of hard work, their passion and fun that went into making all that learning happen. What a joy to have a kid who loves math and all the subjects and loves to learn. So thankful to Bolich and Dewitt!Parent Review5mo ago - Cuyahoga Falls High School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWonderful. From when you walk into the school and you encounter Ms. R Who knows and cares about every kid in the school to our wonderful experienced, passionate and skilled teachers, to the neighborhood families and classic school community events.... Dewitt is an excellent school. Many teachers are in their prime of teaching expertise and are caring and passionate. I know a lot of kids who are in Bolich Middle school now, and they are thriving due to the great start at Dewitt and the great teachers at Bolich as well. The kids are (for the most part- they are middleschoolers :) ! confident, excited to learn, having tons of fun and scoring craaaazy high on the state tests. I know of several kids who scored perfectly on the Math part in Dewitt, and several who scored almost perfect out of almost 400 points in middleschool. This is not asking around, I just happened to hear. The teachers must be really pouring into the students to make learning fun, exciting and challenging for students to be able to do so well. Love my neighborhood school.Parent Review5mo ago - Check out schools near 1755 7th St.
