"Very quiet and friendly, has space to walk outdoors, close to the necessary centers, park for children"
  • Trulia User
"Pretty friendly neighborhood, people know each other by name, as well as your dog's name. Probably a community that would at least keep an eye out if your pup went missing."
  • Trulia User
"Friendly and safe neighborhood, but lock your doors, cars, and don’t leave bikes out front. Stuff gets stolen around here regularly. "
  • Mitzi F.
"The one neighborhood event someone tried to organize didn't come to fruition; having said that, everyone is friendly, and it seems that everyone is there for their neighbors when they're needed. It's an established neighborhood and a lot of the neighbors have known each other for years, if not decades."
  • Marisol U.
"The rent that keeps going up due to people from other states, I enjoy the area but the rent around here isn’t going to stay the same, it goes up and especially in this king of market "
  • Danne.dubois
"I’ve lived here for two years and love it. It seems safe and very friendly. Great for dog walking in the parks and along the trails."
  • Aspencreekhc
"Lots of speeding cars zip though our section, but other than that, it’s a really comfortable place to raise a family. We’ve raised 3 of our own in Broomfield Heights since 2008 :)"
  • Aspencreekhc
"I walk and bike to The City & County of Broomfield and all over town for my work. If my car breaks down, I can still do everything I need to do by foot or bike. It’s great!"
  • Jake D.
"The diversity of the people is great. Everyone is different and it's okay."
  • Jake D.
"It's a great place, nothing to worry about."

  • Chelsea W.
"It's a great neighborhood of older homes. A lot of the homes are owned by older people but lately A lot of young families have been moving in. It stays quiet while still providing a safe environment for young kids to play."
  • Chelsea W.
"We are about a 10 minute drive from the nearest dog park, but this is definitely a dog friendly neighborhood."
  • Chelsea W.
"The commute is great. Emerald Elementary is literally at the end of my street, bhms is a 5 minute drive, and it's a minute or two less to bhs. If you work outside of town, Denver is about 30 minutes away, Boulder is 20."
  • Chelsea W.
"The schools are amazing and the neighborhood is the perfect fit for any family."
  • Kary M.
"It's a nice place to live. Nice people to talk to."
