It is a clean, bright and spacious home with central heating and whole house air conditioning. The kitchen has plenty of space to work and cabinets for storage.
There is a private backyard with a covered patio, landscaping and garden space.

Approximately 1525 square feet.
Large Living Room with fireplace and new oak laminate flooring.
Dining Room with sliding door to covered patio.
Roomy Kitchen with tile countertops.
3 Bedrooms with solid Oak flooring.
1 Office/Bedroom with linoleum flooring
One and a half Baths.
o This home has a large custom walk-in shower, but no bathtub.
Large Utility Room with washer/dryer hook-ups and storage.
One car Garage plus workbench and storage area.

There is whole house HVAC Heat and Air Conditioning.
It is insulated and weatherized for energy efficiency.

Backyard covered patio.
Large private backyard (fenced, but not guaranteed dog-proof)
Roses and other landscaping.
Gardening area.

NO smoking or vaping tobacco inside.
No manufacturing or processing of cannabis products on property.
It is near the bus route and bike paths on a quiet neighborhood street.

One remarkable, friendly dog possible. Applicant must bring dog to appointment.
Pet must be at least 1.5 years old with great landlord reference and current shots and license.
There is a fully refundable pet deposit and there is NO pet rent.

Everyone that plans to live in the unit, that is over the age of 18, will need to submit their own individual application. We require all interested parties to view the property prior to completing the application.

We do not charge an application fee.

*Renters will be required to have renters' insurance.
*Solid rental history and income required.

$2,100 per month + utilities
Move in costs: First month, last month, and $1,050 Security Deposit required (Installments possible).
Tenants are responsible for all utilities and garbage service.
Note: Move in costs would include an additional $400 pet deposit if dog approved.
All deposits are fully refundable based on condition of home upon leaving.
