The home has a gated entry to the property and is totally fenced. Home is located on two acres in a beautiful horse community. Come relax and enjoy your new home!!

No smoking allowed inside home. Small dogs (under 50 lbs.) allowed with pet fee of $300 per dog/per year (2 dogs maximum). First month rent, security deposit, pet fees (if applicable) are due 10 days before lease start date. Lease is for one year with an option to terminate lease at any time with a 60 day notice. Owner reserves the right to early terminate with 60 day notice. After one year lease, renter has option for month to month rental. Lease includes gas, electric, shared cable and internet (using the same company and plan that owners are subscribed). Renter will be supplied with one gate opener, one garage opener, one mail key (to be returned at end of lease). Renter shall park in garage or driveway in front of garage. Renter and owner will do walk thru of property and furniture condition prior to or on move in date. At that time, renter and owner will mutually determine value of furniture (replacement cost).

If renter has dog, renter is responsible to pick up and dispose of dog poo once per week. Renter is responsible for inspecting fencing and keeping dogs inside fenced area. Owner is not responsible for the safety and well being of the dogs.

Maintenace issues should be reported to owner immediately. Owner to respond within a resonable amount of time.
