Description

The home has all laminated wood flooring, washer/dryer in home, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms and plenty of backyard space. It's not fully modernized, but it's comfortable and a chill home. My current roommate Jackie and I are both friendly, and respectful. The neighborhood is close, and we keep an eye out for one another. The room has a closet and front facing window. It is well lit, and has a ceiling fan that can be used in summer or reverse during the winter. Last I measure the room, it is 10ft x 13ft, but I could be off an inch. Will remeasure when the current roommate moves out.

Stay as long as you want, no smoking cigarettes in/around the house, weed is ok but outside, vaping is allowed anywhere, must be clean and organized, and please only bring trustworthy/respectful guests
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources. This description is from November 10, 2025
