$100 Water/Sewer/Trash flat fee required.

Please note the property comes unfurnished. Furniture is for staging purposes only.

There's a strict no smoking policy (not even outdoors on the premises). Pet deposit is $500 per pet (up to 2) monthly pet rent is $30 and we reserve the right to address breeds based on community needs. All rent is collected electronically and all maintenance requests are submitted via app. Unit has 2 dedicated parking spaces and two spaces for guests. Recycling/trash is located behind the building. All adults over 18 must be listed on the lease. No exceptions. All utilities are tenant responsibility. Washer and dryer is included.
