Bonus features of the home include on-site smart laundry facilities, ample off-street parking included with rent, an outdoor bike rack, and Luxer package services at the main office. We accept cats only at this location with a maximum of two. The tenant is responsible for all utilities. Gas & Electric through the carriers, and a flat $40 for water paid to F&W in addition to rent.
