Master bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Large pantry has custom wire shelving to make lots of storage. It's a very comfortable, enjoyable space.

Property is less than a mile walk from the heart of Eagle River - we've enjoyed walking to coffee shops, restaraunts, the library, The Alaska Club, multiple breweries, Coldstone for ice cream and Carrs grocery store. There are several parks in the neighborhood and a robust network of trails make it an excellent walking/biking location.

Commuting is a breeze - 10 minutes to the military bases and 30 minutes to the Mat Su Valley.

Property has a private well and septic - no city water bill. Septic needs to be pumped each fall at a split cost of around $150.

Tenant pays some utilities via ratio billing - gas heat, electric and trash. Landlord pays for driveway snow removal and lawn maintenance.

Pets allowed on approval with additional pet rent.

    "The roads are ROUGH in the winter! People say it’s well maintained, but the road gets VERY narrow, and there is so much snow sometimes the plows won’t get to the side streets until well after 10am. Good luck getting to work! You definitely need 4wd and good winter tires or studs!"
