You'll be located in close proximity to the H St. highlights, one of the top urban destinations in the D.C. area. You'll have easy access to the hippest shops and most delicious eateries along the H St. Corridor, along with the lively nightlife and communal atmosphere. Capitol Hill and other top DC destinations are a short and reasonably priced cab or Uber ride away to Union Station Metro Station.
You'll enjoy staying in this two charming modern apartment that provides you with plenty of space for relaxation at a very competitive price. Kick back and enjoy watching your favorite film on the smart TV, or cook your family a delicious meal in the newly renovated kitchen stocked with the essentials.
In the first apartment, you'll find the a bedroom and sleep sofa provide sleeping arrangements for up to four guests and a bathroom stocked with amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath towels and more. The open floorplan offers a kitchen island with 2 stools, you can post up at the quaint dining table for two, or simply kick back on the sofa following a day of sightseeing or meetings.
On the second home, you'll find the 2-bedrooms provide enough sleeping arrangements for up to four guests and 2 bathrooms stocked with the amenities you need including shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath towels and more. The open floorplan offers a kitchen island with 2 stools, you can post up at the dining table for four, or simply kick back in bed following a day of sightseeing or meetings.
Wi-fi is provided so you can spend time surfing the web or finishing up work outside of the office. A backyard patio equipped with gas grill is available for getting some fresh air on a beautiful day in the city.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the private 1-bedroom apartment. There is ample street parking available for your vehicle(s), and no tags or DC permit is needed. Please be mindful of the once a week street cleanings indicated on the signs, where you can park on the other side of the street on whichever day is indicated not to park. For your convenience, we installed a keypad entry to the home, allowing you go about your day without having to track a key. The code is changed after check-out.
Interaction with Guests:
I do not live in the home, and my access to phone calls may be limited during your stay. However, I will do my best to provide you with timely and prompt responses via the app when needed, while also giving you space and privacy during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
H Street NE, a dynamic one-and-a-half mile stretch in Northeast DC, is known for its nightlife, restaurants, pop-ups, festivals and communal atmosphere-- from the Atlas Performing Arts Center, to the annual H St festival, to the H St. FreshFarm Market there is always something to do. There is a Starbucks and Safeway supermarket within walking distance of the property.
Other Things to Note:
While families and multiple guests are allowed to stay at the property, we do not permit parties or events. Parties and events thrown at this location are subject to additional charges.
Paper products such as paper towels and toilet paper will be refreshed and provided to you prior to your arrival, but you will be responsible for replenishing should you run out during your stay and need more.
Pet is allowed, but there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee of $80.00 per pet per stay for a maximum of a five (5) night stay for the extra work involved in the cleaning and other related services related to the pet(s).
