Cozy one bed/bath, large kitchen/living area with open floor plan. HE laundry and storage in basement. Screened-in front porch is a great place to hang. Driveway offers space for two off-street parking spots.

Entertainment center/bookcases, bedroom wardrobes with drawers, kitchen island, desk, bathroom storage as well as window coverings are available for your use (or not.)

The yard boasts raised beds to grow your own. Small back shed available for supplies. Perennials (including hostas, hops, gorgeous peonies and more) around the property to enjoy.

The previous tenants didn't maintain the yard, and the landlord is planning to make improvements in September, including planting grass and removing debris. We're open to making adjustments to the plan for the right tenants. The lot is not as well tended as in the listing pictures.

Tennent pays utilities and is responsible for yard maintenance.
