    "it honestly depends on which side of town you live on the majority of the town is fairly new. I have yet to have any issues with the neighbors or locals. Walmart it's a mixture of people with different personalities types and altitudes but we are also extremely close to UNC so there are a lot of young people. overall I would probably give Evans seven out of ten place to live."
