"I Used To Live In This Neighborhood Twenty years ago.The Neighborhoods are unique now. I would like to move back I'm older now and don't have to worry about stores /restaurant . "
  • H6dmxkc9zr

"Lack of grass or anywhere for a dog to get any real exercise. The only place is vacant lots to walk them, which can have their own hazards"
  • Trulia User
"Area is very Dangerous I do not recommend. Rent is entirely too high for the area to be full of drugs and violence "
  • Trulia User
"Peace n safety is what they would like they will not like that being a dog owner you have to keep close eye on your pet"
  • Trulia User
"Only moved here from Fishtown because it was cheaper but there is police activity everyday, and just seedy activity in a way. I wouldn’t say it’s safe but I mean it’s cheap."
  • Trulia User
"There is not a lot of clean green space or parks in the immediate area that’s safe for dogs. Most people do not clean up dog waste "
  • Erica T. C.

"Not sure about what makes it unique but i enjiy the neighborhood and how walkable it is. I'm enjoying seeing the changes on Girard Blvd."
  • Sisterbey
"I grow up in the neighborhood as a child, at that time Strawberry Mansion was a beautiful place to grow up,I moved away in the 80's came back bought a home in 2009 there's no community any more the people simply do not know anything about how to live in a community. People don't seem to understand what it is to keep your very own property clean.Nothing about their own civic duties this is one of the hardest places to live if your a conscious citizen."
