    "There’s no sidewalks and there’s minimal lighting. There’s also a lot of stickers in the grass that get stuck in my dogs feet. It’s nice though that it’s quiet and everyone is friendly around the neighborhood when they see you. "

It is a throw back to the time when yards were large, neighborhood pride was understood & maintained...not mandated and fined by neighborhood associations. It is a peaceful, relaxed neighborhood that rarely has a home for sale because no one wants to leave the area."
