Cottage is located on the front of owner's 850' lot with total privacy. Central A/C and heat, brand new bathroom/shower.

Owner pays for all house and lawn maintenance, water. Trash/recycling curb pick up is paid for but the responsibility of renter to manage. Renter responsible for utilities, cable, internet. No smoking or pets. Rental limited to two adults/one child. Maximum 2 cars. No visible outside storage. 12 month lease minimum. Any damage done other than normal wear and tear will be renter's responsibility.
