Beautiful home located in the county with 17.71 acres, a fully stocked pond, and wildlife food plots great for hunting! 3100 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, with a large bonus room. This home features pine wood throughout the kitchen and living room along with hickory wood floors. The cathedral ceilings and excellent LED lighting through out most of this home makes this home very appealing.
This home is very energy efficient with close cell spray foam and a 19.5 seer heating and cooling unit. Underneath the house has a thick layer of plastic with spray foam going up block foundation. Upstairs is heated and cooled using a very efficient mini-split. Electric bill ranges between $150-$250. Home has hot water on demand using propane and vent less gas fire place. No cost cut when home built eight years ago. Pictures include view of food plots including mounts of deer harvested on land. There are also abundance of rabbit, turkey, and quail.

    "It's a quiet, secluded neighborhood. It's a circle "cul-de-sac". Entrance is not on a main highway or road. The houses are close together, but we know most neighbors, but nobody is nosy. "

    "While there is not a lot to do as far as shopping or entertainment goes, both can be found in neighboring times. The area is safe, quite and generally good schools. Not much traffic and most of the traffic problems you'll find is getting caught behind a tractor. Now in the country you'll get more than a few country smells so expect that. Friendly people and plenty of places to fish, ride bikes, walk or just get in touch with nature. If you're looking for big city entertainment, look elsewhere. "
