About this House

Looking for one person occupancy in this cute open plan cottage. Located on a quiet dead-end street in old Leucadia. The unit faces south and is full of natural light! This residence has a private courtyard and on street parking for one small vehicle. It is a separate unit from the main house. It has its own private laundry shed with W/D.
We are currently in the process of repainting and landscaping, so my pictures don't really do it justice!
Wanted to get it posted though so we could take info and schedule some viewings. Please leave me your phone number so I can call you with more details.
It is currently occupied, so if you drive by please do not disturb the tenant.

Landlord pays water, trash, gas, electric and sewer. Tenant must pay for internet.
No pets, no smoking, no big parties. This is a very quiet neighborhood and parking is limited.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

    "Great area and great schools. Some great parks and close to the beach. Great for being outside but the hills and lack of sidewalks in areas makes it less walkable than other areas. Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
