This property is available August 29 for long or short term booking. High season and low season prices apply. September 1 to April 31 is low season 13k per month. May 1 - August 31 is low season 20k per month.

Enjoy the outdoor shower, dedicated work space and lightening fast internet, fully equipped kitchen, room darkening shades, walk-in closet, washer/dryer, onsite parking, a/c, fans and an avocado tree in your front yard!

30 day minimum lease - longer stays can be requested. Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. Last month's rent due at signing. No smoking allowed. Pets permitted upon approval.

Owner provides detergent if grey water is used for garden, otherwise tenant must turn off grey water and use their own detergent.

    "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
