"They should not be allowed to walk loose on the street, they are dangerous, they can bite a person and they would be in trouble, they would not like that."
  • Bmolock5
"The kids these days are not like we were back in the day . The streets have gotten so bad ! I remember walking everywhere, when I was a kid. Keep you babies home or be their drivers. "
  • Neighbor P.
"I've lived in this neighborhood off and on for 22 years. It's quiet and safe and people stay to themselves."
  • Trulia User

"20 years over here. Needs to be improved the park is okay and street ministries is cool. Needs more beautiful sights like gardens "
  • Michelle.hutchcraft83
"we have lived here 4 years. when we first moved in, it wasnt terrible. its still not but there has been an increase in crime rate and the amount of vagrants we see wandering around. rarely hear gunshots. there is a lot of noise and crazy drivers, people who think its cool to fly around in residential areas. grahamwood is a decent school but pick up/drop off is a nightmare. ive seen tons of rats outside in my yard and the road and my neighbors say the same thing. its very diverse. the shopping strip looks like a dump and really needs updating. too many people with noisy chickens. mosquitoes are terrible. we have never had our house broken into or anything. neighbors are very nice. "
  • Ursula M.
"I’ve lived here for four years; and, I haven’t had an issues. People seem to look out for each other; although, we don’t socialize at all!"
  • Lestes625
"I’ve lived here for 13 years and it’s unique if you are Hispanic and want or need to rent. It’s an older neighborhood that was great back in the day of Firestone, Plough and International Harvester. "
  • Patricia Y.
"very quiet and clean neighborhood, everyone respects their neighbors immensely. I've lived here 3 years and I'm loving it, don't plan on moving no time soon!!"
  • JM

  • Lestes625
"I see dog walkers all the time. Mostly men. I just don’t feel particularly safe walking mine. Most aren’t good at picking up what dogs tend to leave behind though."
  • Marlizp1993
"its a good neighborhood. if we tend to see or hear trouble we get together and try to find out what is going on. "
  • Peter C. T.
