Walk to restaurants, cafes and other shops, approx. 6-10 minutes. This house was renovated extensively a few years ago with original timbers in most of home; new granite kitchen counter; A/C unit and much more. Of significance is the closeness to the Halifax River and all the amenities nearby; the upstairs deck with river view and the ambience of a home that takes you back in time while enjoying modern conveniences like a/c, updated bathroom, kitchen, etc. There are two large double gates (on either side of house) which have sufficient room for boat however, owner does not want this property to be used as a boat yard for several boats or as a storage facility!
