The CURRENT PICS SHOWN are the first day in the unit after tenant vacated and before cleaning. I will be repainting the entire unit and doing some cosmetic repairs. I will also be adding some LED lighting under kitchen cabinets. I intend to have the unit for rent around the end of October if not sooner. Updated photos to follow as work has been done.
