This North Central beauty is in the heart of Central Phoenix. The condo is in a four story condo building located between Northern and Dunlap Avenues on Central Ave. This unit is located on the second floor. There is Covered parking inside the gated and private lot. Beautiful views of Central Phoenix await. There are bike trails that run north and south along canal. Located near restaurants, shopping, breweries, fine dining. The condo has been rented by the same tenant for the past 9 years. Nine years ago, the home was fully renovated. Including, can lights, updated doors, 2 full bathrooms, flooring, stainless steel appliances, counters, vanities, shower tile, ceiling fans and washer and dryer stack. The CURRENT PICS SHOWN are the first day in the unit after tenant vacated and before cleaning. I will be repainting the entire unit and doing some cosmetic repairs. I will also be adding some LED lighting under kitchen cabinets. I intend to have the unit for rent around the end of October if not sooner. Updated photos to follow as work has been done. Viewing/applications can be set up by texting or calling me.
