The single floor corner handicap accessible property townhouse layout features front gated patio, driveway with small 1 car garage, nice sized kitchen with dishwasher and stacked washer/dryer, dining room with bay window seat, vaulted ceilings with skylights in living room, accessible restroom with walk in shower with seat & emergency call pull cord, 2 nice sized bedrooms, in floor heat. It's immaculate! The whole townhouse has been freshly painted and is impeccably clean.

*The Brookstone Condominiums community is designed for primary resident/lease holder to be a person aged 55 years or older. Please inquire with specific questions regarding fair housing rules and regulations. NO EXCEPTIONS!

The unit is not furnished but there are a couple of furnishings in the unit. (China hutch, television stand/faux fireplace thing, bookshelves, etc).

Tenant (you) is responsible for setting up and paying utilities including gas, electric, wi-fi, phone. Previous tenant averages: Electric $48/month, Gas $40/month.

Owner (me) pays for the monthly HOA, which includes exterior maintenance -- shoveling and plowing snow from driveway and sidewalks (and roof if necessary), landscaping & upkeep, exterior window washing, gutter cleaning, trash & recycling (no glass), Spectrum basic cable television.

One well behaved small neutered/spayed dog or cat considered with references and additional deposit. *Only one animal considered.

No past evictions or bankruptcies. Income must equal 2.5 x's monthly rent.

Tenant must be aged 55 years or older (Parents can not sign lease for children under 55, NO EXCEPTIONS. Primary tenant/person living on-site must be 55 years of age or older. Again - NO EXCEPTIONS.)
