Gas, water, electric, trash service and snow removal is all inclusive in utilities.fully furnished as well with bed, tv, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc. Will maybe consider a small pet for a small deposit of $200.00. Recently remodeled with new appliances.

    "There are plenty of places to walk with paths and parks around the area. At least the park where the Bear Paw is held has poop bags already there, which makes it a nice place with a wide area to take your pup. "

    "The roads are ROUGH in the winter! People say it’s well maintained, but the road gets VERY narrow, and there is so much snow sometimes the plows won’t get to the side streets until well after 10am. Good luck getting to work! You definitely need 4wd and good winter tires or studs!"
