"There are many people out walking their dogs everyday and I rarely ever see dog poop around the greenbelt or on the beach. "
  • Dawn .
"You definitely Need a car to live in this area . Nothing is really in walking distance besides a few restaurants and liquor stores . The closest market is Trader Joe’s in Huntington Beach or Vons in seal beach . Overall not a bad commute to wherever you need to go, just gets crowded during the summer months "
  • Dawn .
"Very dog friendly . Safe area to walk at anytime. Everyone picks up after their pooch . Large dog community "
  • Davisd784
"Dog friendly neighborhood . Everyone picks up After their pet . Beautiful walk when the sun is coming down "
  • John
"Well it gets crowded at the beach, and while the parking is still free, it can pose a problem. It’s a little town about a mile long. A few homeless people as a few bus lines terminate and turn around here in Sunset."
