Lots of light, nestled in the pines. Very quiet and peaceful. Five minute drive to the beach or Cambria village. Paso Robles is 30 minutes drive, San Luis Obispo, 40 minutes, Hearst Castle, 15 mins.

The kitchen includes a full size new refrigerator, dishwasher, new microwave, new gas range, fully stocked with new pots, pans, utensils, table setting for six, blender, air fryer, toaster, food processor etc.

A large trex deck provides seating for a peaceful morning coffee or evening beverage. Smart TV and gas fireplace offer a cozy place to relax. High speed internet. Bose Mini speaker. A new gas grill is also provided.

Each bedroom includes a new queen sized bed with premium linens and quilts and pillow mattress topper. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. One bedroom has an additional entrance to the deck.

Stackable washer and drier are in the house.An initial supply of cleaning products and paper products is provided.

Offstreet parking for two vehicles. Monthly gardening service included.

Optional weekly or bi-weekly housekeeping service at additional charge.

Minimum 31 day lease. Two occupants. Adults only. Fully furnished. Pets are negotiable with a one time $500 non-refundable per pet fee. All utilities are included. Wi-Fi / Internet included. No smoking of any kind allowed anywhere on the property. $200 cleaning fee. Lease term (beyond 31 days) is negotiable based on tenant needs. Lease application and lease agreement to be executed.

    "We have stayed here, vacationed here, and love it. Maybe couples in the 30's need a bigger night life, but beyond that, it's a beautiful place to live and enjoy life. Get away from it all. The best restaurants, shopping, farmer's market, car shows, wineries, NICE people because they love where they live. Seacllift Estates is a beautiful area in Cambria......open, private, and the ocean right there. Didn't know how to rate traffic above, because there is NO TRAFFIC..... "

    "the natural beauty in Cambria is truly stunning! it is a very protected environment with regard to it's wilderness, including the oceans and shorelines. it is an incredibly family friendly and community oriented. both east and west villiages, as well as Moonstone beach, are the perfect definition of quaint and lovely. and residents are welcoming to new people who move there, as long as they are conscious to be respectful of both people and the natural environment. it's good for singles who don't want a lot of nightlife and choose a more quiet, artistic, farmer's market, and charming town to call home. we lived there and loved it. we even got married there. i worked in Cambria as the managing innkeeper for a historic bed and breakfast. we are moving back as soon as we can."
