"It has a small town feel in the heart of a big City. Encino is very central and has easy access to the west side and the east sides of LA plus across the valley. Parking is easy. Lots to do with kids. Wish we had better restaurants, my only grip. "

"There are tons of dogs and people who walk them, but we are in the hills and the streets are steep. It is great exercise for me and my dogs. People are very respectful about picking up after their dogs. There is a great off leash park a few miles away and also great hiking trails up on Mulholland"
- Kassrafarah

"Hayvenhurst is infested with people who think it’s a shortcut from 101S to 405S every morning. If you’re going to live here, find work in the valley to avoid the stress of traffic every morning "
