Kitchen has dining area and balcony can be accessed from kitchen and living room. Included is an attached one car garage with driveway and guest parking. Master bedroom has large bathroom with walk in closet.

One year lease required and all utilities are paid by tenant.

Requirements include good credit, landlord references and proof of income. A $50 non-refundable fee will be required per adult with application for the credit and background verification.
One month security deposit and first month's rent is due at lease signing. Security deposit is $3000.

Pets by approval only and may require an additional deposit.

Located in southwest Schaumburg in the Glens of Schaumburg. Near Roselle, Streamwood, Hanover Park, Bartlett, Hoffman Estates and Bloomingdale. Near Elgin-O'Hare so minutes to Elk Grove, Itasca, Medina, Wood Dale Arlington Heights, Palatine, Elgin.

Minimum of one year lease required. Security deposit and one month rent due at signing. Applicants must have "good" credit (score 680 or higher). Credit and background check required.
