The living room has a beautiful brand new gas fireplace to cozy up to during the chilly winter days. The huge backyard is fully fence and has a small shed for limited amount of storage.

This is a smoke free property, any evidence of smoking tenant will forfeit entire security deposit. Three month lease at minimum and maximum up to six months. Length of lease is negotiable. Refundable $500 security deposit. Dog friendly, no more than two dogs. $125 per pet, non-refundable.
