Also the possibility of being blamed for not picking up dog feces when in fact it’s the other people in the neighborhood. All big parks have been updated like new!! Clason point city boats leaving every 30min-hour everyday. Subway close and buses are everywhere. Best place in the bronx period!! Water views are best!     "There’s events in my neighborhood. Banks, restaurants and local bars. There is a even a cigar shop. Macy’s and marshal’s is a 25 min walk. All the best Indian food, Mexican , Dominican and Jamaica food close by. I have two tracks near by and a little long bike path in soundview park. The track is usually filled with people playing soccer but in the morning it’s available."
