Up for lease or rent is my beautiful townhouse in the Dunwoody development (the really nice one near post.) If you are in need of a 2 (LARGE) Bedroom/ 2.5 Bath nearly 1,500 sqft (with a big attached garage) townhouse close to the Ft Rucker Enterprise gate, this is the best opportunity for you.

About the place: This style of townhouses has been popular builds in Enterprise since the 1990's. (Be very wary of some of the similar looking townhouses elsewhere in Enterprise... they ARE NOT all the same and the prices tell you what you're getting into) Mine is among the more recently built, its larger, with corrected floor plans, and definitely better interior design. I remodeled to include light fixtures, garbage disposal, appliances, custom tile floor (absolutely amazing look), soft carpet in the bedroom areas, and beautified the back yard. The layout: attached garage to the entry way, downstairs half bath and wash room, kitchen, and dining/living room, door out to the back yard. Upstairs is two very large bedrooms, full guest bathroom, and the master bedroom has an attached master bathroom, full sized walk in closet, and a separate clothes closet. I rent out several of these units on this street and this is definitely one of the nicest ones in the whole area. Plus, the clubhouse is pretty great and has a salt water pool (very nice) and a small gym that is very functional.

Location: As a former soldier I know the value of being in the right neighborhood when living off post. This place is in the nice, safe part of Enterprise, very near to the post gate, fire station, restaurants, shopping, and most aviators live in this area for a very good reason.

$1300/m VERY fair lease terms (I work very well with military); I personally take very good care of my properties and my clients. I understand the military way of life and want to help troops. The neighbors here are also my tenants and all very good people. A background check is performed for all my applicants. Also, we can discuss pets. This neighborhood has many kids for yours to make friends and play with and a very safe neighborhood.
