    "We have a park which includes a playground and baseball field. We are also connected to a huge walking trail with small streams and bridges. My family loves the structure of this area as each street has a dead-end, so very little through traffic."

    "There are playgrounds for kids, but you still have an area for playing baseball. There are trails for walking, biking, and jogging. It's a pretty area."

    "I see lots of dogs in the area, on a leash with owners all the time. The park is dog friendly with lots of signage for owners to pick up after their pets. I think most people follow those rules. It's a quiet neighborhood, but I do hear dogs barking from time to time."

The schools are very supportive and well managed. My children have friends throughout the neighborhood, very family oriented community. We've never had a problem with any of the other families here.
