Basic utilities (water, gas, electric, trash, and recycling) are INCLUDED. Pets will be considered. The cottage is approximately 800 sq ft, with each bedroom measuring approximately 10' x 10'. There is room for one car to park off the street, with additional parking in front of the cottage.

Showings will be by appointment only. Monday - Friday 3pm to 6pm and Saturday - Sunday 10am to 6pm. Applications available in person. Minimum 650 credit score required. When calling, please leave your number and whether you prefer a call back or text.

Owner pays for water, gas, electric, and trash. No smoking allowed. Two small pets will be considered with additional deposit. One year lease, with month to month after.

There isn’t much in the way of nightlife and things get pretty quiet after about 8:30pm. But the charm of this place is hard to beat. "

    "I live here part time and work here. Been here for 24 years. I fell in love with the town in 1991 and have loved it ever since.I am an artist and it is beautiful! People are so so nice. You have the gorgeous beach, ocean, sunsets, and mountains while everything in the town is a flat walk , biking hiking, sipping coffee in the sun. Just a wonderful heavenly quiet joyful place to be!"
