    "There is a wonderful park for toddlers and elementary children called sunshine Park or also known as South Beach Park. There is also a skate boarding park and Pickleball courts all located just across the road from this neighborhood. People here are very friendly and thereā€™s a nice mixture of retired people and young families with children. Weā€™ve been here 13 years and have never had any issues of vandalism and all our packages stay safely on the porch. There is a very nice community pool with landscaping and clubhouse."
