8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI’m a seventh grader currently attending GMS and I think it’s a good learning environment. There are a lot of things that could be changed yes, but I really like most of the teachers and students here. Compared to reviews from years ago, this school is definitely better now. I wouldn’t say it’s the best school in the district but definitely not the worst.Student Review4y ago - Oyster Creek Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter started here in the fall and I immediately pulled her out to homeschool until we moved. I had heard that they had cut funding which explains why everyone seemed so stressed but from our short experience there I was not happy. On her first day (kindergarten) a lady literally pulled her out of my car because she was struggling with her backpack and told her to hurry up. When I said she was in kinder and didn’t know where her class was she said someone would help her and shut my car door. At pick-up that afternoon they brought her out and had her stand right at the curb unsupervised so when she saw my car (I was still a few cars back in the line) she tried to run out into the road to me and I had to tell her to stop. When I asked her if someone walked her to class she said no and that she was crying in the hall until another student helped her. After moving and starting her new school I’m shocked at the difference in the two.Parent Review3mo ago - Check out schools near 16523 Oasis Glade Dr #1.
