"it is an amazing place to live we’ve lived her since forever the ppl are. ice and quiet never any problems with neighbors these recent years they’ve dont a lot to include a lot of kid activities like this years halloween activities at the park. the neighborhood does get its bad rep from the middle school but about 99%of the kids that go to that school do not even live in the neighborhood "

Transportation is excellent with 3 different bus routes & within walking distance to Metro Station. Walking distance to Key Biscayne, close to Coconut Grove, Miracle Mile, Downtown Miami, Brickell & approximately 8 minutes from Miami Beach, 7 from MIA International Airport.
