Free underground parking and located on a free Town of Vail Bus Shuttle which makes getting around the mountains convenient.

Hot tub and washer/dryer on the premise. Condo has fully equipped kitchen and balcony with mountain view. King bed and 2 Queens. Bedrooms have closet and drawer storage space. Wood burning fireplace and complimentary firewood provided.

Walking trails and views of the Gore Range make you feel more tucked away while having easy access to the village where Vail Mountain and ski culture await. Vail Golf Course makes way to being the Nordic Center in winter where trails for snowshoeing and Nordic skiing abound right across from the property.

LONG TERM CONTRACT
2 Bedroom/2 Bath: $6,500 per month, tax excluded.

1. No maid service, linen supply or supplies will be added unless requested by the guest and charged to the guest's account.

2. A security deposit of $500.00 will be paid in advance. From this deposit Fallridge will deduct any cleaning, supply of linen and damage charges.

3. A 50% Deposit plus security deposit is due within 10 days from booking. All rentals must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.

4. Payment paid by Credit Card is subject to 2.5% surcharge.

5. Early departures are not refundable except under extenuating circumstances accepted by Fallridge Management.

6. Since we do not have many owners who participate in this program and have a limited number of units with the most requested views, requests will be honored on a first come, first paid basis per terms set forth.

7. Extra costs to be incurred by the guest will include paper supplies, linen supplies, etc., at their actual cost to us, and any maid service, which is charged out at $35.00 per hour per housekeeper.

8. NO PETS NO EXCEPTIONS. This is a non-smoking condominium.
